I began my leadership of Spiritual Awakening Workshops & Groups by hosting international teachers at my home, Chimborazo Great House, Barbados from 2001 – 2004 and then began my personal training to be able to lead my own workshops reaching out for new teachings to share but always on the shamanic path.  I then developed into the ancient practices of Sound, Dance & Breathwork, but always deeply connecting all experiences with an honouring of Nature through Ceremony.

‘Sacred Circles Barbados’ was born at Taitts Plantation, Barbados in 2009 ​and the journey evolved into different Circles.  We’ve chanted our hearts out, danced our socks off, traveled to different dimensions of the Universe, toned our chakras till they are sparkling, sweated in Sweat lodges, and laughed and cried in healing retreats.

Then, in 2017, I discovered THE GONG and just knew it would be life changing for me. I began to integrate it into my shamanic events then added a training in Ceremonial Cacao which blended in beautifully to rituals and opened other dimensions.
